St. Michaels Inn

Edit: My experience with the new management today was awful. They were rude and very hard to understand. I didn’t see the two young women who are rays of sunshine. I won’t be back, and they’ve lost me as a customer. A few months ago I wasn’t sure whether there’d been a new owner, but the place had clearly improved. The new girls had cleaned things up, the office wasn’t an eyesore anymore, and the liquor store wasn’t full of garbage. They were kind and accommodating, and had really turned around a business that had been run poorly before. The sidewalks were clear enough to walk on too, which was a bonus. I don’t know their pay, but they deserve a huge raise. Hats off to them.

Hanna and Monika were lovely and even offered to carry my bags to my room. The ladies were so accommodating: they did my laundry and folded it too. I had a great, relaxed and comfortable stay, and the service was the best in Rycroft, better than at the other hotels here. Applause to them!

I was staying at their motel for work, and they were kind. They refilled the condiments and cleaned my room every day, so it was a pleasant stay and worth it. After checking out, I realized I’d left something behind. I called, and they mailed it to my home address. I was very pleased with how that worked out.

The room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as I walked in. There were burn holes in the table, and the beds were rock hard in rooms that felt incredibly small. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t find bed bugs when I checked. Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
