The clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast made our visit to the Quality Inn on Bay Street a pleasure. There were different options for breakfast, and it was a nice way to start the day. But what we’ll remember most is how the staff treated us. Mary Rose greeted us warmly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Taylor went even further during a challenging time for us, making sure my three daughters felt cared for and special. Her thoughtful gestures and genuine interactions meant so much. The girls still talk about how amazing she is. I wholeheartedly recommend the Quality Inn on Bay Street for its welcoming, supportive atmosphere. Thank you, Mary Rose and Taylor. We can’t wait to return.

It may not be flashy, but it really feels like home. All the staff treated me like family, and the place was comfortable and well managed. Rodge at the front desk was friendly, warm, and attentive. Sunny, the manager, was so kind it felt like seeing someone I’d known for years. I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites, and I highly recommend it if you value genuine kindness and comfort.

The breakfast was great, and it seems like a nice place for kids, since they can swim even in cool water. The pool was freezing because the heat had been turned off, and it took all day to warm back up. There was no sauna, though we’d called before booking to check if everything was working. About an hour after I posted, customer service called. Sonny was fantastic to deal with and explained why things weren’t working. I understand now and really appreciate the quick response. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast wasn’t very good unless you were opening a packaged item. There were crusty white stains on the carpet beside the beds, and they were flaking off. For the price, I’d try somewhere with a bit of a higher rating.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly, though the rooms looked a little dated compared with the modern front desk. It felt like stepping into a time machine, only the elevator was the time machine. On our last day, there was confusion about the late checkout. We’d asked and got a thumbs-up, but neither housekeeping nor the woman we’d originally spoken to seemed to know about it.
