Super 8 by Wyndham Sault Ste Marie On

Parking was easy, and the location is central. The building and rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the continental breakfast had plenty of good choices. We had no complaints and would absolutely come back if we're in the Sault again.

We were there during a snowstorm, and the front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the self-serve breakfast tasted great, especially the waffles from the waffle maker.

The bed was comfy, and having a couch and chair was a nice bonus. I loved the jetted tub. The room could use better lighting, and without carpet the floor felt cold underfoot, so bring slippers. Breakfast was okay, though there were far too many carb choices and not enough protein. I'll stay again. Thanks.

This is our sixth or seventh stay, maybe more, and it's our usual spot when we travel with the dog. I was a little surprised by the price, but it's Agawa Canyon train time, so hotel prices have gone up. We booked a king and got two queens, which didn't matter since the pet-friendly room had been fully renovated. There's a water bowl in the room, plus plenty of dog waste bags and garbage bins. It's a nice, quiet neighbourhood for walking the dog if you avoid the main street. Swiss Chalet, Tim's, Wendy's, and Dairy Queen are nearby. Breakfast had an amazing range of included choices, and the coffee was decent. The fridge is fairly large and has a freezer, and there's also a microwave and coffee maker.
