The showers have loads of pressure and flow, and the coded door locks made it easy for me to check in late. Parking is great if you've got a long trailer. Great place to stay.

Online booking was easy, and they emailed us a code to get into the room, which made check-in simple. There's no office on site. The shower pressure was good, but the carpet was a bit dirty and the heat was completely off when we arrived. It stayed so cold that I had to sleep in my winter jacket, and the room didn't really warm up until morning. For what it was, the price felt too high. I probably wouldn't return.

The staff were nice and moved me to another room, but having to switch was disruptive. I ended up next door in a room without a kitchenette, just a microwave and fridge. The first room's supposed kitchenette was an old hot plate with no kettle, and on earlier visits there had been an actual stovetop. My first night, the toilet wouldn't flush. I left a note on the mirror in the morning, but that evening the room still hadn't been cleaned and the toilet wasn't fixed. I texted the number, got a call later, and since I needed a working toilet they moved me. I also didn't know housekeeping had changed to request-only since my last visit. There was no make-up-room sign in my first room, so I didn't know about the new rule.

The cleaning staff did a great job, and my room was very clean. Beyond that, the motel was in rough shape. The bathroom was cracked and peeling, and the carpet looked like it had been through a lot. The fridge freezer was missing its door and had a thick layer of ice, so it froze all my food. I couldn't adjust the temperature without causing a flood. There were no dish towels or paper towels, and the shower blasted like a pressure washer, then left me standing in a pool of my own filth because it drained so slowly. The building still has all the old branding, with no sign that it's now The Outpost.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The showers were awesome, with hot water that never seemed to run out.
