The house is beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with amazing service. Breakfast had fantastic options and plenty to choose from. They also made wine glasses, corkscrews, highball glasses and ice available for us to use. There's lots of parking out front. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants downtown and on the waterfront. Our host, David, was super friendly, and we were lucky to get to know him personally. He shared some of our best tips for visiting Newfoundland. I'll definitely book again next time and highly recommend it.

David was an excellent host. The inn was very clean, and we slept fantastically on both nights. There was a range of breakfast choices set out when we got up. Great location, close to everything!

David and Sherry were very accommodating when we arrived early after a red-eye flight. The inn is clean, with great breakfast options, and centrally located for downtown sights. I'd highly recommend the Balmoral Inn.

The hosts were friendly and informative. The B&B was well maintained and very clean, about a 10-minute walk from George St. Our room's bathroom was small, but it worked and was spotless.

Room 1 was lovely, with a harbour view, beautiful furnishings and very clean. The artwork throughout the home is amazing. It felt like a lovely home away from home, right in the heart of St. John's. Highly recommended!
