The bath worked perfectly for bathing our baby, and the hotel had high chairs. We had booked a room with two queen beds because that was the only option available, though it left us struggling to find a sensible place for the crib. The room felt a bit small for our needs, and the bathroom was cold. We enjoyed our stay, but I'd skip breakfast there. The restaurant looks nice and the service is great, but the food wasn't very good and was quite expensive.

Parking was really convenient, and we liked the location during our eight-day stay. The room was comfortable, though a bit small and quite dark, with a navy ceiling and not many lights. The beds and pillows were excellent. At $259.00 a day for the room, I expected better overall. Housekeeping was terrible, apparently because they were understaffed. Several days, maintenance staff left notes apologizing that they couldn't do more while helping housekeeping. We had to chase down towels most days, and after six days I asked the front desk for clean sheets. Dining room service was very good. Our room service meal, though, arrived in takeout boxes instead of being plated, which seemed unusual.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even keeping my bags after checkout when my flight was delayed. The room and bathroom were clean, and I was glad to have a mini fridge. The location made it easy to walk all around downtown. I also walked in the area at night and had no issues.
