Inn at the Pier

We had breakfast included and daily room service, which was a nice surprise. It’s a super quiet place, with an outdoor pool and hot tub, and would suit couples or families. The owner is always around, pays attention to details, and is an incredible guy. The view is breathtaking for the price. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.

I’ll be back on future trips to the island, and I’ve already recommended this place to friends. There’s a pool and hot tub, plus a continental breakfast in the morning. The rooms have towels and shower supplies, and there’s a tub attached if you’d rather take a bath. Mine was clean, tidy, and spacious, and check-in was easy. I ended up here for two days at the end of my trip after a last-minute itinerary change, and they booked me in efficiently. The inn has 18 rooms, some looking over the water and others facing the neighbouring farmland. Both views are gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and helpful with area recommendations. Whenever I went out or stopped by reception, someone was there for a chat, to ask about my plans, or just wish me well.

There’s a lovely spot outside the restaurant to watch the sunset. Doreen was very helpful when I checked in and had suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The owner, Dale, was around whenever we needed help and went out of his way for us. We really enjoyed the inn.

The heated pool was a big hit with our kids, and the place was very quiet. Our room was spacious, and breakfast was a great addition. We had a lovely time, and the water view is beautiful. I’d highly recommend it.
