The location, apartment, and organization were all great. The elevator situation really let the stay down: three of the six were broken, waits reached 45 minutes, and 17 people were stuck in one elevator for an hour.

I spent a week at Grand Royal Condos and was really pleased. The suite had clearly been professionally cleaned, extra towels were provided, and reserved parking was easy to access. Management was available around the clock and answered my questions promptly, even at 4:00AM. The whole stay felt like a nostalgic 5-star hotel experience. I’d happily return on my next business trip and recommend it to friends, family, colleagues, or anyone looking for professional accommodations in Toronto. Thanks for a great stay.

Rogers Centre was close by, which worked out well since I had concert tickets. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed, and it made a great base for exploring the city. Customer service was very good, and I appreciated the lovely wine welcome gift. Tip: treat yourself to a 3 bedroom with a view beside the CN Tower. It’s amazing. I enjoyed my stay at Grand Royal Condos.

The 34th floor balcony had a beautiful view, and the soundproofing was great. I found a one-bedroom condo listing on air bnb for a work trip. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and the building felt secure. It’s in an easy-to-navigate spot, with a Starbucks right next door for morning coffee. I’d be happy to stay again on my next visit.
