I booked with RS Boutique Suites through hotels.com and accidentally chose dates in February within a week, instead of April. I'm still not sure how the dates got changed, but I understand the mistake was mine. I contacted RS Boutique Suites right away to explain and ask to cancel with a full refund and no penalty, since I'd only just booked. I got no reply through hotels.com or WhatsApp. Because the mistaken dates were so close, I was charged half the price to cancel. They normally offer a full refund if you cancel within a certain time, but they didn't respond to my messages. The customer service was very poor. I'd think twice about booking with them, because if you need to reach them, you may get no response and be left stuck in an emergency.
