I’ve lived here for a while and appreciate how well the building is maintained, with ongoing plans for useful refreshes and upgrades. The security and concierge staff, management office, and maintenance team have all been wonderful.

I stayed here for about a month and had a good experience. The gym was quite big, and the concierge was very polite and helpful. There are four elevators; one was sometimes out of service, but I think that can happen anywhere.

The front desk guy was arrogant and condescending. I was smoking on the sidewalk about 20 feet from the front door when he came out and said I couldn’t smoke there because it was private property. I told him I was waiting for a friend who lives in the building, and he told me to wait across the street.
