The level 9 concierge was rude to my husband and me today. We're residents of the building, but were met with disrespect and attitude. Completely unacceptable.

Really liked staying here. Union station is practically right outside, and there’s a Longos supermarket on the building's bottom floor. It was quiet, and the view wasn't bad either.

Avoid GlobalStay inc. if you book a condo here. They kept my security deposit, claiming I had "damaged the tv". I was there for work and didn't use it or even go near it. They do careless work, then charge random people for it. I've seen similar complaints about them on other platforms. It feels like a scam. Stay away from GlobalStay, you'll thank me later.

The location is what makes it. Excellent.

I lived here for 2 years. You can't beat the location: Union Station is practically next door, with Scotiabank Arena and Sky Dome right there too. The PATH connects directly, and Longos and TD are downstairs. Waterfront is an easy walk. My neighbors never bothered me with noise; I only heard them in the hallway. The concierge staff are helpful, and Beanfield offers fast, affordable internet. Bell and the other telecom companies have to compete here, which seems to be why their prices are reasonable. There's also a resident app for buying and selling things, and maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two. The big problem is the elevators. Four serve 50 floors, and it seems like one is out nearly every other day while the service elevator is booked. Waiting 10-20 minutes to get up or down isn't unusual. If you're on a lower floor and heading out, the elevator may already be full, so the stairs can be easier. Those outage emails keep coming, often on long weekends. Concierge staff rotate too, so familiar faces don't stick around. Deliveries usually aren't logged until the next day, and only groceries can come up to your suite because of the trash elevators. Everything else gets left on a table in the lobby. My rental had pretty dated appliances, though I can't say if all units are like that. There's a lot of Airbnb activity, but it didn't bother me much, and I still knew enough people to feel some community. I didn't have a car, but I wouldn't recommend bringing one, parking gets difficult when there are events nearby. Plenty of food places are around, though most are overpriced, overrated, or both. Mama Lee's is the only nearby restaurant I thought was worth it.
