I clearly saw a blood-filled bed bug under my pillow after sleeping in the bed. There were blood spots on the sheets and stains from their excrement on the decorative pillows. The owner accused us of lying, though I had no reason to do that. Maybe the exterminators missed the bugs. I don't recommend staying here. There are bugs.

We arrived late on a Sunday night and went straight to bed. By morning, I had bites on my body. When I checked the bed, I found bedbugs full of blood. I put one in a plastic bag to show the owner, but he dismissed what I showed him and insisted there were no bedbugs, even with the bug in the ziplock bag. It was an expensive stay because I had to throw out $600 worth of things. I won't stay here again.

The homeowner was a wonderful man, and the place was nice, peaceful, and quiet. We also enjoyed visits every day from the two dogs and the pet chicken.

We all loved this lovely place. Chantal showed us around the farm, which was really interesting, and the lady who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. A big thank you to the Leclerc family.
