The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable soft bed, working air conditioning and TV, and a clean bathroom. Check-in after our long trip was quick, and the hotel itself was pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, too. The trouble came in the morning: we got conflicting information at reception about whether breakfast was included. We were told we could go eat, then a staff member approached us afterward in a tense, unfriendly way and said we had to pay. We paid, since we’d misunderstood. That exchange really soured the mood. Another staff member tried to help and was much friendlier. The reception staff had otherwise been nice.

After a few disappointing stops along the Trans Canadian Highway, this place felt like a real relief on our long drive home from Edmonton to Boston, MA. The rooms were clean and very nice, the service was excellent, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious.

Stopped for one night in July 2025. The rooms were clean and nice, and the price worked well for six people compared with booking two rooms somewhere else. Breakfast wasn’t included.

The TV failed both times I stayed here. If relaxing with a little TV after a long day matters to you, keep that in mind. Their proposed fix was to move me to a different room, which just added stress. Buyer beware.

I arrived pretty late and got really poor service. The guy at the desk had bad manners, both when he was dealing with things, like freaking out at the printer, and in the way he spoke to me. The price was way above what I’d seen online, and when I asked whether breakfast was included, I got nowhere. I’m not booking here again.
