OPUS Hotel Vancouver

The whole stay at Opus Vancouver was relaxing and memorable, and we're already looking forward to coming back soon. Scott Caporale has the hospitality experience dialed in, and the staff were fantastic throughout. Vallen was gracious and helpful when adjusting our booking. Stephanie greeted us warmly at the curb, and Patricia cheerfully held the doors before checking us in efficiently and offering a refreshing drink at the desk. Later, we needed things from our car. Joshua and Vincent listened to the problem, and Vincent kindly walked me out to the vehicle. Much later, the night manager from Bellingham, Jalen?, personally helped me with another trip to the car. For our early outing the next morning, Justin(?) brought the car around and parked it, then moved it again because he was concerned we might get a parking ticket. It was our first visit, and the location was an ideal hub for time with extended family in the area. They all LOVE Yaletown!!

Sorry this review is late. I stayed around christmas in 2025, and it was AMAZING! I may be biased because I had one of the coolest rooms, but the staff were the best part. They made me feel like royalty in a palace, even though the hotel itself was already good. Scott Caporale was incredible: kind, professional, always reachable, and ready to go the extra mile. Patrizia at the front desk had such positive energy. I don't know if they still work there, but after staying at a lot of Vancouver hotels since moving to BC and trying a new one each time, I decided to stick with Opus. Probably as long as Scott is there :) Thank you 🙏.

The hotel e-bikes made exploring the seawall a real highlight. I loved the lively but relaxed feel of the place, and Scott has created a vibe that really stands out. The team was so friendly, and the whole stay felt easy and welcoming. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Can't wait to come back!

The food was fantastic, and the service made me want to return. The staff really do go the extra mile, and now I can see why so many reviews mention how attentive and accommodating they are. I felt welcomed right away and supported throughout my stay. Natasha and Scott stood out in particular. They're such a personable team, turning what could have been an ordinary interaction into something memorable. It was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!
