Comfort Inn

The check-in was a real letdown. Robyn was extremely rude, which felt unfair to the other staff who were clearly trying hard to make the place a good stay. I hope she finds work she enjoys, because her customer service was awful. The rest of the visit was much better: our room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was excellent. Whor was especially kind and hardworking, always smiling and acknowledging special occasions. He deserves a raise, haha.

Breakfast was free and really good, with more of a homemade taste than typical hotel food. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre are all within walking distance. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were great and very helpful. The area felt a little sketchy.

I feel like I've lost $255, and I'm extremely disappointed by the support from both the hotel and its booking company, Choice Hotels. I made an honest booking mistake and take responsibility for that. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel, but apparently used Choice Hotels, which has a no-cancellation policy and won't allow reservation changes. Their customer care wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor. At the hotel, the receptionist said the manager was on vacation and there was nothing they could do. I'd expect better customer service from a major hotel.
