The motel could be very nice, but our stay fell short. On arrival there was nobody in the office, just instructions to call and go into our room. The door was already unlocked with a key inside, which felt uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bedding was very wrinkled and didn't look professionally washed. The bathroom was dirty, with mold in the bathtub grout and a disgusting, mold-covered shower curtain. There's no ventilation or AC, so the whole room gets humid after a shower. A clean tub and curtain would be an easy fix and would have made us much more comfortable.

Since things are slow in winter and the place was empty, I thought they might fix things, paint, or give us a better room. We've had better rooms for less money. If they want people to return and leave good reviews, they should offer better rooms while they're fixing up the others.

For a family travelling on a tight budget, a big room with two beds and a full kitchen at a reasonable price is hard to beat. There's a beautiful view, the place is pet-friendly, and the staff were very friendly and understanding about having a pet. One staff member was especially helpful. Thanks for taking good care of us, and keep up the great work.

The location is perfect, but the room was basic and only sort of clean. I had to wipe a stain or something off the shutter. The parking lot is quite steep to get in and out of, and I scraped my tire and have to replace it tomorrow. The office is stuffy and smells unpleasantly of Asian food. The man who was there around the clock was pleasant, though he speaks very little English. They should sell more snacks, or at least have green tea bags or bottled water. It's too expensive for what's offered.

Ridiculous. The staff were completely unprofessional. Nobody should stay there, or rather, they don't let anyone stay there.
