The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Everything was close by and easy to reach from this excellent location. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made for a pleasant, comfortable stay. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The Eden has a great traditional feel for a small hotel. My room was comfortable and well appointed, and the staff always make an effort to accommodate my request for a quiet side room. Breakfast is a generous buffet, fresh and good value. It’s in a great spot near La Perle du Lac and various international organizations, with easy access to Gare Cornavin.

The service is what really made Hotel Eden stand out. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and seemed to truly care. The Caramela served fabulous food, and both the hotel and its restaurant were outstanding finds for this price range. Rooms were quiet and clean, and downtown was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

The staff were so nice, and the location was fantastic. I really enjoyed my two weeks at Hôtel Eden in Geneba. My room was lovely and clean. The one thing I would have liked was a few more vegan choices at breakfast.

The rooms are on the small side, but they were very clean and quiet. It's a nice Geneva hotel, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. They also have a parking garage and provide free transport cards.
