Management was helpful and accommodating, and the common room had a kitchen with the utensils we needed. Villa Maria is in a beautiful, very quiet spot with a lovely lake view. We had a great stay and would gladly come back. Thanks for everything!

The location is good, and there’s parking across the street. But the whole building smells like fresh paint or something, and it’s horrible. With no staff around, the place has a creepy feel, and the road outside is loud.

For one night while travelling, this clean and very comfortable place met our needs extremely well. Lucerne is easy to reach on foot along the path beside the lake, and there was free parking opposite. It wasn’t the cheapest, as you’d expect in Switzerland, but the location was good. The road outside was my only issue, though the glazing seemed to keep the noise out.

After checkout, I left my luggage at Hotel Beau Séjour Lucerne, where a very kind staff member welcomed me warmly. I had a cozy stay in the single room, which was just the right size and had a sleek, simple design. The location was lovely too, with an easy walk into town along the lake. I’d definitely recommend it!

The hosts were marvelous, and the hotel is lovely. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and its personal touches. It’s only a short walk to the bus station and the beautiful path along the lake. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would 100% return.
