The kitchen was advertised as equipped for cooking, but the dishes were dirty, the frying pan filthy, and the dishwasher had moldy, stagnant water. That’s a health hazard. The freezer section was completely iced over and unusable, and the wardrobe was packed full. The double bed was only 1.40 m wide, there was nowhere to hang damp towels, and they’d left just one roll of toilet paper. In the bedside table, we found condoms and used earplugs from the previous tenant. The apartment was squalid and sprawling, and CHF 200.00 a night was outrageous and completely unjustified (see photos). We left after one night, disgusted, and can’t recommend the place under any circumstances.

The room wasn’t clean and looked much less appealing than the photo. I’d booked four nights, but when I arrived at 10:00 p.m. I didn’t expect to stay there, so I tried calling the establishment several times and sent a message to ask about possibly moving to a better room. No one was there and I got no response, so I booked another hotel. The residence only offered me a room later that evening, after I’d already booked elsewhere and changed locations. By then it was 11:00 p.m. and too late. The next day I asked for a refund for the three nights the residence had been able to rebook. They wouldn’t listen and refunded only the cleaning fee, CHF 60 out of the CHF 500 I’d paid for all four nights. Since I hadn’t used the room, it wasn’t as pictured or clean, and it could have been rented again for that period, I’d hoped the managers would show some kindness. They refused to do anything. I find that extremely dishonest. I don’t recommend this establishment. Other reviews suggest I’m not the only one who found the place dirty and didn’t get a refund.

I especially liked the thoughtful little touches, including the chocolates, and the beautiful view. Service was impeccable. Excellent, I’ll definitely come back!

The staff were extremely unpleasant. The man on the phone was a real jerk and completely negative. Stop dealing with them immediately!
