The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax with a drink in the evening, and from the hotel promenade it's easy to reach the boats for lake trips or take a walk along the water. Many attractions are close at hand too. We booked two rooms spontaneously at Hotel Graziella in Weggis, Hertenstein, and loved the peaceful setting. Every room has a stunning lake view. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the staff were attentive and friendly, and there was free, well-organized parking right at the hotel. A dreamy place with comfort and views that stand out. By Swiss standards, the price for this kind of luxury was unbeatable.

I loved this hotel and would like to visit again! The rooms are quite modern, everything was really clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view is magnificent. Despite the strange negative reviews, I booked a room and had an amazing stay. I can't believe any of the negative reviews, this place is really cool, nice and beautiful. I suppose those reviews are from competitors or something. Thanks, Hotel Graziella! ❤️❤️❤️

The location is great, but the hotel needs renovation and is poorly managed. Paint was peeling off the rails, and cleanliness was poor. We stayed two nights: the first night the sheets were new, but after room service the next night, the old sheets were still tucked in. The fridge smelled horrible as soon as I turned it on, and looked like nobody had checked it in years. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with much better facilities.

The lake and mountain view from the balcony is spectacular, one of the best in the region. The table and chairs out there were a great touch, and we had a lovely coffee and chat facing the scenery. I do wish the bed faced the lake too. The room seemed renovated, but some details were sloppy, with missing corners and crooked elements. The cupboards were dusty, there were spider webs on the balcony, and there was no AC despite it being 35 outside. Still, that view makes up for the minor points, and I'd come back.

It's a small, older hotel with very few amenities, but the staff are nice and professional. They offer free luggage storage. I'd strongly recommend having your own transportation, since there are few or no taxis, Uber or buses. It's a 25-30 minute walk from town.
