The owner and staff are the best part of this place: incredibly kind, polite and always around when needed. I even came back from work to find my laundry washed and dried. If I'd known about it sooner, I wouldn't have spent money on hotels. I'll gladly return. I stayed 15 days for work in Zurich. The rooftop room, number 407, was bright and quiet, and the apartment was spotless and well equipped. Getting around was easy, with great transport links and a supermarket right across the street. Parking was easy to find, either public for 15fr a day or the flat's parking for 20fr a day. Washing machines were available, and there's a coffee machine at the entrance. Modern and good value.

We loved having a terrace, and the place was clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The beds were a little uncomfortable, though. The elevator was tight for two people with two suitcases, but it wasn't much of a problem. After our stay we left the key in the A M. box and headed off. I'd stay here again. It's a nice hotel near the tram and a supermarket, and the staff were very attentive.

The mini flats are renovated, clean and have everything you need. They're very convenient too, with trams 2 and 4 right outside taking you downtown in 10 minutes. Bellevue is also a pleasant 20 minute walk away. One downside: the mattresses are quite old and soft, and really uncomfortable, especially for a longer stay.

The kitchen had pans but none of the little basics, like salt or cooking oil, that we'd found at the other place we stayed. Aside from that, the room was comfortable, very clean and well located. The TV worked properly and the shower was great.

We were unsure at first, but the rooms turned out to be a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The photos really need updating.
