The location worked well, close to shops and a grocery store, and there was secure parking. Staff paid good attention to room cleaning and towels. The rooms and beds were clean, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette had a toaster and toaster oven, but no stovetop or microwave. There were no supplies for cleaning dishes, such as soap or a dishcloth. Breakfast was underwhelming: only white bread, jam, butter, a little ham and cheese that may or may not have been left out all night, plus tea and coffee. I would've liked cereal other than chocolate puffs. Still, I recommend it.

The staff were genuinely wonderful and welcoming. They also helped me sort out some problems, which not everyone would do. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and I highly recommend the hotel. It's about three blocks from the pedestrian area, city center, and other amenities.

The home-style food was delicious, even if it isn't four- or five-star fare. Lunch and dinner can be requested and are always available, and I especially want to congratulate the cook on the second course, Chaufa rice with oven-baked pork ribs. The seasoning was a delight. Breakfast is included. The rooms match the website photos and come with plenty of amenities: a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and dishes for coffee or tea. They could use a heater and a couple more blankets. The corridors are clear, with an exercise machine and meeting room on the third floor. Reception is friendly, and things look harmonious and clean at first glance. The stairs are a minor drawback. It's good value for money and near the city center, though the neighborhood feels deserted and difficult after dark. I'd suggest arriving late by taxi, Uber, or InDriver.
