The rooms are spectacular, the grounds are lovely, and the rooftop terrace is beautiful, with a beach view from wherever you are. The complex has quite a few buildings, so it's easy to get confused about floors or room numbers, but its size is a plus. On arrival, the entrance gate remote didn't work properly. When the gate did open, it moved very slowly and made an unpleasant, strange noise. One of the pools, the heated one, wasn't working and looked like it hadn't been maintained for a long time. I hope they get the gate working properly, quietly, and faster, and keep the pools maintained and in regular use. If both things were taken care of, this would be a perfect hotel and an excellent experience. Thank you very much.

What stood out most was how peaceful it was. The people were very respectful, and there was practically no noise except the ocean waves. This spectacular condominium sits right on the coast facing a small beach, with two outdoor pools and one heated pool. There's parking and a local bus stop on Borgoño Avenue. It also has a small café, though it could be improved and offered for sale.

Right on the beachfront in Concón, this is the best building around. It has two outdoor pools and one heated pool, plus a cafeteria where you can have lunch or get a refreshing drink in the afternoon or evening.

A great spot to relax, with good equipment and a fantastic sea view. The beach is very close, as are places to eat. Supermarkets are a five-minute drive away.
