The cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. I can't say the same for the other staff. Construction made the stay extremely unpleasant, and we weren't warned. The terraces were closed, and the noise started at 8:30. Being woken up like that was awful, even if you aren't someone who sleeps in. Whoever decided to do construction during peak season made a terrible call. The policies were confusing too. They told us one thing, but the paperwork said something else. I asked for a specific arrival time, they accepted it, and then the man at reception said he "hadn't been informed" and did nothing except check his email to see if I was wrong. I showed him the Booking.com conversation. The next day my room wasn't cleaned, and he said they cleaned every other day. Nobody had told me that, and it wasn't on the paper he'd asked me to read. There was no effort to solve the problems. I had to ask for towels and toiletries to continue my stay. I skipped breakfast because it was nowhere near continental, but that was minor next to the construction noise.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and spotless, and the service felt warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included, quite substantial, and served under COVID-19 safety protocols. The location was excellent. Parking is small, but secure. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely return.

Breakfast comes with the room rate, and the rooms are fully equipped with private bathrooms. I found the place clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Great spot, highly recommended!

The rooms are old, and the air conditioning didn't work. They charged me an extra 15% when I checked out, and parking was charged separately too. Breakfast was simple.
