We found the accommodations reasonably priced. The room was clean, well equipped, and quiet, as we were on the back side. Parking on site is free, and the hotel is centrally located. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Breakfast was simple but fine. I'd definitely stay at Hotel Vientos del Sur again when I'm in Pucon.

We spent a week at Vientios del Sur and were happy with everything. The location makes it easy to walk around central Pucón, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, but the staff stood out most for being so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was really good, and the girl on the next shift was polite, friendly, and very helpful. She changed my rating to 3 stars instead of 1. Before that, Florencia at reception was rude and really unfriendly. She was the first staff member we met, and honestly, we weren't sure we wanted to stay. The hotel itself is good, and they seem to be trying to maintain some standards.

Great location for getting around Pucon, with a delicious breakfast and kind, helpful staff. The hotel was clean and the service was great. After our long hike, they'd even let us shower although we'd already checked out. This boutique place has it all!

A cozy, tidy, warm room made this a pleasant base for exploring the area. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of different food and plenty to go around. The receptionists were welcoming and eager to help.
