Hotel Costa Bahía

The Costa Bahía team really made the stay for me. Everyone was kind, attentive, and seemed to make a real effort to help guests feel special. The rooms are super comfortable, too, with little details that make a difference, and the lighting, music, and aromas make the atmosphere lovely to spend time in. I remember my last visit feeling very different. This time, everything seemed to have changed for the better from the moment I arrived. Service was quick, efficient, and personal, with technology that gave me the feeling they knew what I needed before I asked. Costa Bahía has transformed into a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. If you’ve been hesitating, I’d recommend it 100 percent. I’ll definitely be back.

People from outside come around and fight, making a lot of noise at night.

The reception service was good, and the place was tidy, clean, and picturesque. It’s a decent place to stay while visiting Puerto Montt, though the location and surrounding area are a bit complicated. The lighting is very dim, which gives it the feel of a different sort of establishment. One thing for the owners: please make sure the towels are washed and dried properly. ;)

The area right by the bus terminal is busy, with shops and greengrocers on the street, and it isn’t very quiet or upscale. The place itself was cold: heating usually came on at 6 pm, and one day it wasn’t turned on at all, so even the hallway and whole floor were freezing. Breakfast is very basic, and there’s no food service. I saw a bar, but never found out if it was open or serving anyone. For the price, it’s okay.
