The website says the place is near the center, but it isn’t, and you have to take a bus to get downtown. We stayed two days before moving to somewhere closer to downtown Puerto Montt, which cost less and had an excellent room and very nice bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We’d booked a room with two beds, but after keeping us for one day, they moved us to a depressing room. It had an ugly bunk bed and one single bed beside it. The bathroom had no mirror, and they didn’t provide towels. The service was terrible, and it was extremely uncomfortable.

The owner was attentive and served us good coffee, but the rooms weren’t clean. On check-in day, the bedsheets had hair and fur on them, as did the bathtub. There were also lots of spiderwebs in the room.
