The view was lovely, and apparently management couldn't break that or charge guests for repairing it as a courtesy. Almost everything else left us frustrated. The website mentions room service, but there is no restaurant. It also advertises a kitchenette, although the stovetop dial was stuck and unusable. Management said it had been fixed, but it hadn't. We woke up twice in winter with no heat and no hot water. After the second time, they moved us yet again to a third cabin and called it a measure for our comfort and relaxation. We lost four hours one morning while management couldn't figure out what to do. Heat and hot water in the middle of winter should be a given, not a courtesy. The cabins were nothing like the website photos. Due to management's negligence, we had to try three, and the whole experience felt more like a campsite than a hotel or cabana-style B&B. The first cabin was badly maintained and not fit for people or animals: it reeked of cleaner, a rubber strip hung off the shower door, and TV cables were tangled everywhere. Management wanted credit for moving us to a cleaner, slightly better one. The internet was so unreliable that video chatting with friends in another cabin felt like talking across galaxies. The advertised hot tub cost extra. Breakfast was basic and boring unless you paid for premium, which the website didn't explain. Housekeeping came every other day and only changed towels and sheets, also without any notice on the site. There were no washcloths or hand towel for the bath, just one kitchen cloth. It felt like a bad Airbnb. I'm sorry for the hardworking staff who had to cover for the awful owners and management. They deserve respect.

I can't think of much to complain about. I was catching the Navimag ferry the following day, and its meeting point was about a 25-minute walk away.

We were there with our family of four in February. The garden was nicely kept and the view was the best part. Service was generally good, but one receptionist was clueless and really unfriendly. The price felt steep for what we got, especially in high season. They served Nescafé, for instance, and there were very few kitchen utensils. We had planned to eat at the advertised restaurant, but it wasn't opening until March. The hot tubs were nice, but seemed ridiculously expensive for a family. You pay 23,500 pesos per person even though the firewood and water are the same either way. That's a lot for my taste.
