The location felt smoky, and the WiFi was poor.

4/10
The staff were impeccable, and the hotel is well located, but breakfast could be better and the price felt too high for the service. We were on the ground floor, where everyone passing in the hallway sounded like they were right in our room, so the noise made it impossible to rest. The parking garage has few spaces, and a spot isn't guaranteed.

6/10
The room was comfortable, but it got very hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Service was good, the location was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was decent. The parking lot is small.

10/10
Our host was always available, and the hotel felt quiet and welcoming. It worked perfectly for our family, including children and seniors. We loved the lake view, the heating was impeccable, and breakfast was delicious.

4/10
The room was tiny for three adults, and there wasn't even a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold. The bathroom was minuscule too, with just a sample of shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was poor. This felt very basic for a hotel, and the price is completely unjustified for the quality.
