Service and cleanliness were good, the breakfast was acceptable, and the rooms had good air conditioning. As for the downsides, the parking is a long way from the hotel, which is a pain if you have luggage. The stairs to the second floor are awful. Heavy bags will make them a struggle, and anyone with mobility issues should avoid them. The location itself is good, on a central street beside a pharmacy and supermarket. The reviews are genuine, with both pros and cons.

Parking is two blocks away, so you'll need to carry your things over or unload first and then go park. The bathroom and shower had mold and limescale, and the pillows had hair on them. The TV was just a cable box. On the plus side, the location is central and good.

It's right in the center, close to everything and beside a national chain supermarket called Unimarc. The hosts are very welcoming and look after their guests, so it feels like home. Highly recommend it.
