Everything else was good, and they provide towels for free 👍. As a solo traveler, though, I wasn't too pleased with the male receptionist. He only offered tours and airport transport, while I wanted to ask about the most cost-effective way to get around.

The beds were comfortable and the showers had nice hot water. I enjoyed meeting people on the rooftop terrace, and Sebastian at reception was especially friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a really big room with two double beds, and the rooftop was a lovely place to have drinks. The location was good and the area felt safe. The owner was very kind and let us leave our bags in storage for FREE for two weeks. Best place to stay in Santiago!

Great location and an amazing rooftop hangout. The hostel building and facilities are really good, with spacious toilets and lots of room for bags. One of the best hostels I've been to.

My first hostel stay, and definitely the first of many! Guanako and the whole staff were fantastic and made everything feel more than perfect. Thanks especially to everyone who was part of it. I came away with photos and friends from the stay that I'll treasure for life. My recommendation is 1000 out of 10! FANTASTIC
