I was surprised in a good way by how clean the hotel was and how quiet the neighborhood felt. The front desk service was fantastic, even though I don’t speak Spanish and had to rely on Google Translate. The hotel is just a short walk from the Metro, and McDonald is only one block away. We had a good stay.

After our long flight from Ireland, this was a relaxing stay at a great price. It was quiet at night, and just a few minutes’ walk from a lovely street full of bars and restaurants. Our room was very clean, with a lovely big shower, and the WiFi was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even arranged secure parking for our van. We loved staying here and would definitely come back to Santiago.

The rooms were perfectly clean, with temperature control and a large shower, and the staff were friendly. Some of the people at reception speak multiple languages. It’s easy to get to Parque Bustamante metro station, which made exploring Santiago convenient. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it as my first choice.

It’s a pleasant guesthouse in a quiet, handy location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A few fixtures and fittings could use a handyman’s attention, though. This ain’t the Ritz.

In barrio italia, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us alfajores for free for St. Valentines Day, and they were really good. Great accommodation.
