We've stayed here twice, and both visits went well. It's easy to get around from this location, and there's a coffee shop right next door for breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the rooms were clean and fresh, and the amenities were good. The wall A/C units worked well, and it was easy to communicate with the staff. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

Everything else was great, and the place had plenty of space and what we needed: a fridge, towels, shower gel, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The towels and sheets were clean, and the hotel and street were both lovely. It's right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia. The pillows weren't very comfortable for me. I also couldn't just put something on the TV, since watching anything required a Samsung account and subscriptions. At most hotels, the services are already set up so you can casually watch Netflix.

The apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly on the warmer days. The building itself is a beautiful historic property with lots of character. It was easy to get in touch with the host, and replies came quickly. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. There’s paid parking nearby, which was convenient. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the historic center of Santiago, Chile.

It's a safe, central area for exploring all parts of Santiago. The rooms have everything you might need, and the staff are wonderful and really helpful. I'd definitely come back and recommend staying here.

The online check-in was easy, and they responded very quickly if anything came up. The apartment felt new and cozy, with all the useful amenities. The location is fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.
