The three of us in my group had a great stay. The location was easy to find, the rooms and beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great. The property had a very calm vibe.

I felt safe in the neighborhood, even walking alone after dark, and the B&B is close to restaurants and the metro. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, with great WiFi, a quiet atmosphere, air conditioning, and a shower with good pressure and warm water. They even packed breakfast for my early flight. Ignacio, the owner, was professional, kind, and quick to respond on WhatsApp. He suggested trusted airport taxi companies and kept in touch about my flight and arrival time. When my flight was delayed and I got in after dark, he waited for me outside. Ignacio and the other staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Providencia Bed and Breakfast!

Our rooms were cozy and clean, and breakfast was generous. All the staff were attentive and kind, checking each morning that we had what we needed. Ignacio, the host, has such a kind, loving presence and made us feel at home throughout our 5 night stay in Santiago. We felt like we were staying with beloved family, and he even waved from the street until our Uber drove away. Providencia B&B is in a fabulous spot, an easy walk or car ride from popular neighborhoods and surrounded by restaurants and bars in Providencia. We feel so fortunate to have found it and would absolutely stay again!

Ignacio, the owner, is kind and accommodating. The neighborhood in Providencia is nice, and the place feels cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the heated mattress after camping in the cold before this stay. Highly recommend.

Staying with Ignacio felt like visiting family. He kept checking in during both of our stays, and even got in touch while we were in another city to see how things were going. He also pointed me toward places to eat and visit, where to get a SIM card, and where to exchange money. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt safe in the area. It was easy to get around on foot or by very cheap transport. Ignacio was kind and supportive from my first message about availability, and he recommended Ruben, a great taxi driver who took us to and from the airport several times. After our 24-hour flight from Canada, he let us check in early and gave us lots of coffee. That made such a difference. There are plenty of places to stay in Santiago, but I’d book with Ignacio again in a heartbeat. Muchas gracias Ignacio!!!! -Rayane and Nicole from Canada
