My son in Santiago booked me a night here two years ago while I was heading to Los Angeles to fulfill a dream. I arrived at 12:30 a.m., and they waited for me until midnight. Since I didn't have a 💳, they let me pay in cash, which I really appreciated. The place has a welcoming feel, friendly staff, and luxurious rooms and facilities. Breakfast was super delicious and gave me what I needed to continue the trip. I'd recommend it to anyone passing through, even for just a day, and thank everyone again 😃😃

The bathrooms are roomy and clean, and they serve breakfast at separate tables as a COVID-19 precaution. Service was excellent, too. One bed had worn-out springs, though. Still, it's a great option when you're in a pinch.

The beds were warm and really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast is served, and the owners were very attentive. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. The floorboards get pretty noisy at night, though.

The staff were really friendly, and it's a budget-friendly place with just the amenities you need. It's close to downtown and the University of Talca, so students looking for somewhere quiet to live during university might find it a good fit. As a hostel, it can be noisy, since sounds from the next room carry over.

Breakfast was good, but the rest of my stay was disappointing. The shared bathroom was dirty, there was hair on sheets that clearly hadn't been cleaned, other guests made a lot of noise, and the room was tiny. For $32,000 pesos, I'd stay somewhere else. Not recommended.
