The place was clean, and we were allowed to check in early for free. Still, it felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel, and the rooms were tiny and noisy for the price. Our hairdryer was broken, and someone had tried to fix it with sticky tape, leaving it stuck on the lowest setting and useless. We didn't get room service, at least. If you're after a guesthouse, you can find cheaper ones. If you want a hotel, this isn't it.

After a really bad Airbnb experience, Crystal and Home + Inn came through for us. The room was tidy and very clean, and Crystal looked after us and walked us through everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
