It was a restless night. You can hear people coming and going and moving around because the capsules have almost no sound insulation. The air conditioning also felt weak, so it got pretty warm inside. Not a comfortable stay, and I hope they improve the noise and cooling.

I’ve stayed here several times, more than twice, because of a conflict at home in HK. It costs more than other hostels, but I’ve found it substantially better than its peers for cleanliness, amenities like the double pillows, and location. It does come with fancy marketing on social media and its webpage, and seems positioned as an upscale hostel. Support responded quickly when I needed help. Two toilets and two showers for eight beds were enough, and I never had to wait for either. I just wish the room were a degree or two cooler, since the thick felt covers block so much of the cold air.

A clean, quiet, secure little place near Hong Kong Central. When I couldn’t access my emails and needed to check in securely again to get the door-opening QR, they responded promptly. I’ll be back!

The location was ideal, a short walk from Hong Kong station and close to both lots of restaurants and small grocery stores for fruit and vegetables. I’ll gladly stay again. My pod was ready at check-in and very clean, with two USB outlets and a power outlet. Pulling down the cover blocked the hall light completely, and the bed was comfortable enough that I slept well every night. You might want earplugs if people arrive late or come and go. The bathrooms impressed me too, they were clean and well stocked. The standout was the customer service. Staff replied quickly to emails and were very accommodating, helping with check-in and baggage storage when the online process didn’t work.
