Hotel 86 Suites

The rate felt too steep, especially with jackhammering and major construction going on along the whole block. The staff were great, though, and the maid was a sweetheart who went out of her way to help.

Loved the suite, and the location was excellent.

The location is the one good thing here. There’s no one in charge on site to turn to, even when there’s a problem. I could hear straight into the hallway and the other rooms because the building seems to have very little sound insulation. Late at night, people in the next room played loud music and talked loudly, and I heard it all, so I barely slept. Check-in instructions were incomplete, and I had to keep asking questions and waiting for replies. Even the Wi-Fi password came very late, after I asked. Everything else about this place was bad for resting.

Everything I needed was close by, including restaurants, shopping centers, and supermarkets, and the place itself was very quiet. I spent a week here and had a great stay. The people working here were attentive and really friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.
