The only things I liked were the comfortable bed and the good location. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but the room had no nightstands and no hot water, which is essential in Bogotá. It felt like they were turning the water off on purpose to save it. Noise went on constantly from 6 am, so there was no way to rest. Horrible.

An alarm went off every 2 or 3 minutes and kept me awake all night. I'm a light sleeper, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone like me unless they bring good earplugs. They also charged me 40k more than the reservation said. I wasn't too upset about the extra charge because they let me stay the next day as long as I needed. The hotel itself is nice.

The hotel is in a very good location and my room was very clean. But the mattress was worn out and had no cushioning, and the blanket smelled damp, like it hadn't dried properly. At breakfast, some bread slices were served cold. When I asked the woman serving to heat them on the iron, she got annoyed. These are easy things to fix.

We've stayed here four times and keep finding the prices good. It's close to everything, with an excellent location just one block from Hornitos and food available at all hours. The service is friendly, the bed is super comfortable, the water is hot, and the temperature is perfect.
