The restaurant has a beautiful view, and the pool area was good. The staff were polite, but my room brought the rating down. I stayed in number 1 by the pool, and the decor was worn, with stains on the towel and walls and dead flies on the ceiling and walls. It needs renovating, and even some paint would fix a lot. It wasn’t worth a hundred dollars a night.

We waited almost an hour for our food even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The meal was disappointing too: the shrimp ceviche was very chewy, the calamares were super hard, and everything came out cold. The food used to be good, but this time it fell below expectations. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

We loved eating by the sea in the mornings and evenings, and the restaurant was very good. Our room was comfortable and the cleaning was excellent. The hotel has a relaxed feel and beautiful features, with the beach right nearby. Staff at both the hotel and restaurant gave outstanding service, and the concierge did a fantastic job arranging excursions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend it.

The gardens and beach are beautiful, and our room with a balcony was spacious and private. The staff were friendly and the sea is amazing 🌊. It’s pet-friendly too. I came for a peaceful break, but on some days the music was loud and uproarious, making it hard to rest or chill. Those days it felt more like a disco than somewhere to relax. I asked the staff several times to turn it down, but they wouldn’t guarantee a restful environment. I also found the food pricey and not tasty.
