Apartamento San Gil Plaza

The lobby and elevators were clean and tidy, the pool area was lovely, and the attendant was polite. Our room was clean and had updated furnishings, and the service representatives were very friendly. The room was very hot on the first night because there was no air conditioning installed, but when we asked, the staff brought us two top-notch fans.

The main drawback was the noise from traffic passing right outside, though you can walk straight out onto the main road. We stayed a week and used the central location to explore other towns in Santander. The hotel also has direct access to the shopping center, with restaurants, a supermarket, a café, a movie theater, a children’s playground, and other businesses. I recommend Juana's restaurant in the mall.

Being able to go straight into the shopping center is handy, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a drugstore nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and all the staff provided excellent service. The best accommodation option in San Gil.

The service was really, really good. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with everything needed to make breakfast, a decent sofa bed for an extra person, and a nice view. Being inside a shopping center made it easy to get food and drinks. Highly recommended. The pool was the one thing I didn’t like. They don’t ask people to shower before getting in, so it didn’t feel very clean, and the floor on the way there was slippery. It also didn’t feel very family-friendly: loud music was allowed without much control over how close couples got, even with other people around. Other places don’t allow that much closeness.
