A nice place for the price, though I found the pool rules a bit weird. Still, a great place to stay overall.

The location is great, two minutes from the beach and two minutes from the main highway and a grocery store. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by. There's a small infinity pool on the roof, two jacuzzis, and a sauna. They also do laundry here using industrial grade machines, with a complete load costing 35,000 COP ($12 Canadian). It's a bit of a hotel, I guess, but there's no bar or restaurant. The rest of the building is apartments. I've been here for 5 months, so I'll have more impressions later!

A great apartment, with lots of wonderful amenities in the condominium.

The owner was difficult to work with, and there are better places than this. The living room has no AC, so it's always hot. The faucet in the guest area sink is broken, and the old couch sags badly. The beds were so hard they felt like sleeping on the floor. I booked a condo because I expected a washing machine, but there isn't one. The place needs a lot of work.

The staff are very responsive. It's a nice place close to the beach, and while the area isn't fancy, it's fine for the price.
