After a six-hour drive, we arrived to find they had no room for us, even though we had booked online, paid for two nights, and contacted the hotel on WhatsApp. They had said our room was reserved and expected us. Instead, they sent us to a lower-quality hotel in a bad location that didn’t accept pets, despite pets being our priority. The staff acted like the problem was our fault and didn’t seem to care. It was the worst service I’ve ever had. Andrés Sánchez was the employee who handled this and caused the problem, and he treated us indecently.

We had confirmed an online booking directly with the hotel over WhatsApp and prepaid for two nights. After more than six hours on the road, we were told there were no rooms and they couldn’t take us. That showed no professionalism or respect. They directed us to a much lower-quality hotel in a terrible area that wouldn’t accept pets, although we had been clear about that from the beginning. The staff were arrogant, rude, and uninterested in helping, then blamed us for their mistake. Andrés Sánchez attended to us, caused all this chaos, and treated us rudely and indecently. I’ve never had such disastrous, disrespectful service. A disgrace, and I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances.

Terrible. We booked and paid ahead, and they replied that everything was ready. When we arrived, they confirmed they had received the money, then said they had no availability and told us to keep our money. That was irresponsible, to say the least.

The hotel is lovely in general, which makes the lack of maintenance a shame. A few days ago I had to ask to move rooms because the walls were in very poor condition and the humidity smell was really strong. Some rooms clearly have a humidity problem. I hope they take care of it.
