This lady has been a godsend. Thank you for giving us a safe space while we deal with an accident and hospitals!

The area isn't somewhere most first-time visitors would want to hang around. Still, the interior architecture alone makes it worth a visit. You probably won't get hot water or air conditioning, and there may not even be a toilet seat. It is what it is.

A nice place. I stay here whenever I'm in San Jose.

Awesome, I'd love to visit costa rica.

The air conditioning helps cover up the surrounding sounds, and you can barely hear traffic or other noise. It's also very safe, despite being in one of the worst neighborhoods. The rooms are small, barely enough for an emergency overnight stay, and each has an en-suite bathroom.
