The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and the hotel is across from a beautiful park. Our room looked out over it, too. The young man at the front desk was kind and incredibly helpful. He let us drop our bags off early so we could go on a tour, then carried them up to the third floor since there’s no elevator. He seemed to be covering everything, from guest service and reception to taking restaurant orders. What a rockstar! It was a cute hotel at a good price.

We stayed one night in a roomy twin room with air conditioning, very comfortable beds, and a good private bathroom. There was no hot water, so the shower was a bit chilly, though that may be something to get used to in CR. Downstairs there's a fantastic Korean Japanese fusion restaurant, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of vegetarian options for us.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating, and the rooms were adorable. Breakfast was great, too. We were only passing through and wished we could've stayed for dinner.

La Sabana park looks fantastic from the hotel, and the mattresses are very comfortable. It's a cozy, clean little place with a nice touch of Korean culture and friendly service. The room was noisy from the busy avenue, with no soundproof glass, and there were no towel hooks in the bathroom. Internet was slow on the top floor. If all you need is a comfy bed after a busy day, a hot shower, and breakfast, it works well for a short stay.

The room called Spooky was in a rustic addition to the original building, and you can still see some of the old exterior features from inside. It was basic but clean and great value. The location is excellent, and breakfast was a good buffet.
