My two weeks here made for the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. The staff were all knowledgeable and accommodating, the daily breakfast was amazing, and Gold's gym was included. I’ve referred my nephew for a stay at the end of April, and I’ll definitely book here again. Thanks again, Irazu, for the Central America hospitality ❤️

American Airlines cancelled my flight, so I ended up here. For my American audience, it’s like a Motel 6. It does the job, but you might wish you’d spent a few more dollars for somewhere nicer. It wasn’t awful or a rat hole, and it was clean, but the facilities are dated, the rooms are cramped, and there’s no mini fridge. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t choose it myself, but given where I was forced to stay, you could do a lot worse.

The staff go out of their way to make for a great experience. Special thanks to Elle for working so hard to sort out the check-in mixup. Carlos, who works in the domestic department, is five-star for his friendliness and attention to detail when cleaning and organizing the room. Service was very attentive.

The great staff are the only reason I’m giving this hotel two stars. My room had no hot water, the carpet was filthy and stained, and there was a horrible smell. I could also hear everything from the next room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hallway noise woke us several times. We also had no hot water for two days, even though the maintenance notice said it would be out for only three hours. The internet was so slow there was basically no way to work, and our key cards kept failing whenever we left the room. Each time, we had to queue to get them reset. The stay was awful.
