For this price, the quality is very poor compared with other places in the same range. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig! They really shouldn’t advertise as pet friendly. There was no internet, even after we asked several times, and the facilities were poor: no soap or shower gel, and just one towel per person. Tragic. The only coffee option was instant from a vending machine, and it was awful. The breakfast buffet choices were poor, and the coffee didn’t even taste like coffee. Check-in was very late, at 4 pm. The owners’ manner was unpleasant and stiff. They acted warm and welcoming, but the whole time felt tense, like being at school camp with a very strict teacher. I guess living where you rent rooms doesn’t always work out well. I wouldn’t recommend Penzion Primáše and definitely won’t return!

For the price they charge, this attitude is disastrous. The owner was arrogant and unpleasant, and seemed bothered by having to look after guests. Having to strip the duvets ourselves when leaving was the last straw. The place itself is beautiful, but that’s its only positive. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for a nice weekend with friends.

We were happy with our stay. The owners were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We also enjoyed the outdoor sauna overlooking the lake. Thank you!

The accommodation was nice and clean, but that’s the only good thing I can say. I’ve never encountered such arrogant, appalling behavior from an owner, and I never want to meet her again. If you’re hoping for a pleasant stay, I definitely can’t recommend this place.

Breakfast was delicious every day, and we were greeted with a lovely smile from the owners. The rooms were clean and stylish, with a bit of history to them, and felt comfortably homelike. Outside, there’s a beautiful flowering garden with a pond where you can swim or simply relax. Thanks so much for a great stay. We’ll definitely come back...
