The nature is just a stone’s throw away, and the service is friendly. The isolated accommodation definitely needs the reconstruction that’s currently underway.

After cycling from Jáchymov in 35-degree heat with our tongues hanging out, we were hoping to get something to drink. We asked if they would sell us any drinks, and an elderly woman replied unpleasantly that she’d been on her feet since morning and told us to wait. Twenty minutes later, two older men sitting in the garden beside empty beer cans said the pub was a punishment. We decided to carry on. So, I guess... 😒

It’s a good spot to stop for refreshments on the way to Klínovec, in a quiet mountain setting. Service and speed lag a little behind similar places I’ve given full stars to, though.
