We paid about €200 for one night, and the service didn’t feel worth that price. Breakfast was poor and cheap. The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary, but that doesn’t justify this cost for a three-star place. The information signs aren’t in English, and staff spoke just enough English to get by. I definitely wouldn’t return.

It’s a shame that Windsor hotel is meant to be one of Karlovy Vary’s old bathhouses, yet no one there could assist us. We couldn’t find an English-speaking receptionist, not even in the hotel’s tourist office. Worst place ever!

The medical practitioner shouted at me. That kind of behavior toward a guest is unacceptable.
