I’m of two minds about this place. It’s nice and quiet, but they don’t really speak English, so it’s hard to get clear information about the facilities. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm, so don’t leave it too late if you want to use it in the evening. I assume checkout is at 10am, since the owner knocked at 10:15am and asked us to leave. Also, if they “offer” you a beer, you’ll have to pay for it when you go.

The service was really bad. The rooms weren’t the worst, but everything cost extra. The ladies didn’t understand anything and only wanted our money. Don’t come here.

It’s quiet, comfortable, and really clean, with a nice view. A good place to rest and enjoy your stay. Everything went smoothly and quickly with the accommodation. I was traveling solo, but it would be a really good deal even so. Totally recommend it.

We’ve been bringing our winter sports groups here for more than a decade, and we keep coming back. The slopes are close, the food is delicious, and the conditions work really well for both sports trips and family stays. Dasa and Lukas make the place what it is. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and smiling, and their hospitality makes it feel like visiting friends. Pension Lukas and Hotel Union are run with real care and kindness. We return year after year, and I’d happily recommend them.
